My name is Vaibhav Patwardhan and I am a Staffing Specialist at Talent Space Inc. I am reaching out to you on an exciting job opportunity with one of our clients. For one of our client requirements in California, we are looking to fill HR Operations Manager role based in Sunnyvale, CA.
Job Introduction: (Primary purpose of this position)
The HR Operations Program Manager will provide day-to-day support in the following functional areas: systems implementations, benefits administration, compensation, HR operations, training, performance management, worker’s compensation, policy implementation, various HR related projects and employment law compliance.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
•Provide day-to-day direction and support on People Operations and Total Rewards programs such as compensation, HRIS, benefits, health and wellness.
•Provide guidance to the People Team on employee benefit programs such as sick leave, medical/dental coverage, disability programs, group life insurance, retirement/pension programs, savings programs, and leaves of absence.
•Partner closely with HRBPs, Recruiting, and People Operations to provide support on HR operation.
•Maintain and promote awareness of current trends in HR with a focus on benefits and wellness.
•Partner on compensation programs and initiatives with the People Team Analyst.
•Manage vendor invoicing for HR, including purchase order creation and invoice processing.
• Review billings for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
•Audits monthly billing for all group plans to ensure accuracy. Partners with our benefit brokers to ensure accurate filings and other compliance tasks as required.
•Manage annual open enrollment process and related employee communications.
•Maintain knowledge of and analyze government regulations, benefit program trends, and prevailing practices among similar organizations. Ensure compliance of benefits administration with federal and state laws.
•Will be required to periodically conduct presentations on total rewards to audiences such as hiring managers and employees.
Education & Experience
• Minimum level of education required and required field of study:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other relation field.
• Minimum skills required :
•8+ years working in compensation, benefits administration, LOAs, and HRIS.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Advanced experience using ATS systems such as Lever and Taleo.
• Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Process-oriented with an extremely high level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality/discretion.
•Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly, outgoing, and flexible manner.
