Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

A rapidly growing software start-up has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join their team in Palo Alto! In this role, you will oversee daily office operations while providing top-notch administrative support. Responsibilities include maintaining a tidy and organized front office area, managing inventory and kitchen stock, organizing common areas, greeting and directing incoming guest, and managing maintenance/facilities requests. We are looking for someone trustworthy and outgoing, with a warm and positive demeanor and exceptional organization skills.

This is a 1-2-week contract role with an immediate start date and full-time hours.

Qualifications:

  • Previous office management/admin experience
  • Proactive with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs
  • Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and help out
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
