We have an exciting role and are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Riverbed Human Resources team based in San Francisco, CA. This position reports into the Senior Global Compensation Manager and will be responsible for delivering a best in class Reward analytical offering to all key stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Support and advise HR Business partners/ Talent Acquisition on all compensation queries Own all data audits and workday inputs for Compensation Accountable for global salary survey submissions and further analysis on market data to develop pay ranges for all roles Deliver all required compensation data analytics and tools for annual focal reviews Responsible for the quarterly processes on Management Bonus and Restricted Stock Units (RSU) grants – from maintaining relevant databases, validation of eligibility with HRBPs to final sign off and letter generation Assist with designing and creating compensation education sessions for line managers/ HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams Design and maintain a compensation dashboard to provide insightful metrics to key stakeholders Ensure compensation programs are administered in compliance with policies and government regulations through audits and frequent reporting Contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of fit-for-purpose reward structures, tools and processes
Requirements: Atleast 4 years experience gained in a relevant Compensation analytical role, preferably in fast based multinational organizations Desirable degree and or Masters in Finance / Maths/ Business Highly detailed oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership for assigned areas of work Advanced Excel experience essential (creating and managing large data sets) with an overall ability to work on the MS office suite Superior analytical and problem solving capabilities are essential Prior experience with workday – Compensation rollout and ongoing maintenance Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Passion to develop further on Reward Consulting skills International experience although preferred, is not mandatory
